StreamX (the "Software") is proprietary, closed-source software. It is NOT open
source. This repository contains only public information about the Software
(documentation, screenshots, policy pages and artwork). It does not contain the
source code. Nothing in this repository is released under an open-source licence.

1. OWNERSHIP
   The Software, including its source code, design, user interface, name,
   logo, icons, artwork, screenshots, text and all related materials, is the
   exclusive property of its owner and is protected by copyright and other
   intellectual-property laws. No right, title or interest is transferred to you.

2. LIMITED LICENCE TO USE THE APP
   You may download the official StreamX app from the sources the owner
   provides and install and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use on
   devices you own or control. This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   non-sublicensable and revocable.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   Without the owner's prior written permission you may not:
   a) copy, clone, mirror, fork for reuse, reproduce or republish this
      repository, its pages, or any part of its content;
   b) copy, redistribute, re-upload, resell, rent, lease or otherwise make the
      app (including the APK or AAB files) available to anyone else, on any
      site, store, channel or service;
   c) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, deobfuscate, extract source
      code, resources or keys from, or attempt to derive the source code of
      the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits
      despite this restriction;
   d) modify, adapt, translate, repackage, re-sign or create derivative works
      or "mods" of the Software;
   e) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other notice;
   f) use the StreamX name, logo, artwork, screenshots or text to promote or
      identify any other product, service or app, or in a way that suggests
      affiliation with or endorsement by the owner;
   g) circumvent or interfere with any security, signing, licensing or
      integrity feature of the Software;
   h) use the Software or any part of this repository to build, train or
      improve a competing product.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
   Names, logos, posters, artwork and brands that appear in screenshots or in
   user-supplied content belong to their respective owners and are shown only to
   illustrate how the Software displays a user's own library. They are not
   licensed under this document. The Software uses the TMDB API but is not
   endorsed or certified by TMDB.

5. CONTENT
   StreamX is a media player only. It does not provide, host, index, bundle or
   resell any media, channels, streams or subscriptions. You are solely
   responsible for the content you add and for its legality where you live.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE
   OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM
   THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT
   Any breach of this licence ends your right to use the Software
   automatically. The owner may take any action available under the law,
   including takedown notices (for example under the US DMCA) and legal
   proceedings, against unauthorised copying, distribution or reverse
   engineering.
